Booking and Cancellation Policy
At Mane Focused Studio, we recognize that unexpected circumstances may arise requiring you to reschedule or miss your appointment.
To assist us in accommodating all clients, we kindly request that you provide a minimum 48-hour notice if you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations/No-Call No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-call no-show, a fee equivalent to 50% of the missed appointment cost may be assessed and invoiced. Additionally, if you need to cancel with less than a 24-hour notice, a fee of 25% of the appointment cost may be assessed and invoiced.
Any cancellation fees incurred must be settled in full before any future bookings can be scheduled with us.
After multiple no-show or late cancellation appointments, a credit card will be required to be placed on file within our secured booking and payment processing system prior to further bookings taking place.
Deposit Policy
We also reserve the right to require a deposit from guests who frequently miss appointments or cancel with less than a 24-hour notice to ensure commitment to scheduled services.
Online Sales, Gift Card & Retail Return Policy
At Mane Focused Studio LLC, we appreciate your support and are committed to providing exceptional products and services. Due to the nature of our business, all online purchases are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Gift Card Sales
All gift card purchases, whether physical or digital, are final sale.
Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable Pennsylvania law.
Lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorized gift card use is the responsibility of the purchaser or holder and will not be replaced unless required by law.
Gift cards may be used toward eligible services and retail products offered by Mane Focused Studio LLC.
Gift cards are not redeemable for previous purchases.
Promotional or bonus gift cards may carry additional restrictions or expiration terms as permitted by law and as disclosed at the time of issuance.
Retail Product Purchases
We stand behind the quality of the professional products we carry. If you are not completely satisfied with your retail purchase, we offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Retail products are not eligible for refunds.
Eligible products may be exchanged for another retail product of equal or greater value within ten (10) calendar days of the original purchase date.
Any price difference must be paid at the time of exchange.
No cash or store credit will be issued for products of lesser value.
Products must be returned in their original packaging with the majority of the product remaining, unless the exchange is due to a manufacturer defect or documented allergic reaction.
Original proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or transaction record) is required for all exchanges.
Products that appear intentionally damaged, excessively used, altered, or tampered with may be refused at the sole discretion of Mane Focused Studio LLC.
Online Orders
For retail items purchased through our website:
Exchange requests must be initiated within 10 calendar days of the delivery date.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the incorrect item was shipped or the product arrived damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Mane Focused Studio LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Exchanges will be processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by providing your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will work promptly to resolve the issue through a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Hair Extensions, Custom Orders & Specialty Products
For sanitary and quality assurance reasons, all sales of hair extensions, wigs, custom-colored extensions, special-order items, clearance merchandise, sale items, and any personalized products are final and are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item is determined to have a manufacturer defect.
Right to Refuse
Mane Focused Studio LLC reserves the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy or where abuse of the return policy is suspected.
Policy Acknowledgment
By completing a purchase with Mane Focused Studio LLC, customers acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Return, Exchange, and Gift Card Policy. This policy is incorporated into the terms governing all online transactions with Mane Focused Studio LLC.
Final Sale Notice: All gift card purchases are non-refundable. Retail products are eligible for exchange only (no refunds) within 10 days of purchase with proof of purchase and subject to our full Return & Exchange Policy.
